My love of exercise began several years ago when I took up running. In the years since I have completed numerous races, from 5K to marathon distance. I was co-founder of the local running group Barnes Runners and run training days with the club.
As well as my private clients I also work for The Tonic, running group fitness sessions for the London Business school, Amey and the British Library.
Prior to personal training I was a graphic designer, and after working at Runner's World magazine it seemed natural to turn my enthusiasm for training into a profession. I gained my diploma in personal training and sports massage therapy at Premier International Ltd, the UK's leading fitness training institute.
I recently spent 3 months in Dahab, South Sinai at the El Salam Yoga camp. There I Improved my practise of yoga, which has always been important to me and learned about meditation.
My future plans include an indoor climbing course at the Westway Sports Centre and travelling to Thailand to expand my knowledge by completing a massage course at Wat Po in Bangkok and then continuing my Muay Thai boxing training on Koh Lanta.
