Each session begins with a warm up, then the main part involves a mixture of interval cardio vascular training with resistance exercises using your body weight or free weights, a warm down and then a stretch.
Naturally every session depends on each individual’s requirements so we aim to give you what you want, what your body needs and the best results in the time we have together!
Before we start with any exercise you will have a free consultation, this is a chance for us to learn about your goals and get an idea of your current health and lifestyle.
The first session with your trainer involves taking body measurements and a manageable fitness test so we can gain an understanding of your aerobic fitness and muscle strength. This also gives us a record so we can track your progress.
