to you;
"To get you looking and feeling better. To treat you completely as an individual with your own needs and goals and to inspire you to lead a healthier, happier life"
"Suzi's approach made me feel completely at ease and at the same time motivated to really push myself - I achieve far more than I expected to and have found it easy to replicate the workout she gave me when training on my own"

You will not crawl around in mud be shouted at (unless that’s what you want) Clients have commented on how they feeI they want to push themselves with their trainer, so there are ways of motivating people without using brutal tactics.
I am very overweight, are you understanding?
We are a very approachable and non-judgemental personal training company, our aim is to help people from every walk of life with their different goals and abilities.
Can you train children and the elderly?
We have experience of teenagers and people of up to 70 years. While children are still growing it is advised not to lift weights and use cardio vascular and body resistance exercises. In the elderly is really depends on the person and their abilities, but it is never too late to start.
Can you help me lose 2 inches each from my waist, thighs and ass?
Yes! To quote a recent client: “After just 8 sessions, I lost an inch on my waist and over an inch on my hips and thighs” (Eizabeth, Vauxhall)
The aim in our sessions is to do a lot of interval (high energy/short spurts) and resistance (body and free weights) to get maximum calorie burn before and after the session. Clients who do extra sessions alone and are sensible about food always gain the best results.

Advice on Pre/post pregnancy exercise?
We have experience with both. It is recommended that if you have exercised up until the pregnancy then there is no problem continuing at a reasonable pace. Importantly you must be comfortable while exercising, be able to hold a conversation and stay hydrated. It is not recommended to start a new fitness regime.
Post pregnancy: You are advised not to exercise until after your six week postnatal check. Before starting visiting your GP or midwife would be ideal.
I suffer with Injuries, can you help?
This depends on your injury and how mobile you are, checking with your GP or physio would be advisable before you start any training programme.
We are able to help with injuries through restorative exercises and happy to make or follow training plans given by gp’s or physio’s. We have first hand experience with back pain, hamstring and calf injuries, repetitive strain injuries, post operation mobility, broken bones and torn muscles.
I am a smoker, will it be ok to exercise?
It is completely fine to be a smoker and exercise. Previous clients have reported that they cut down on cigarettes from the influence of having a trainer, so it can only be beneficial.
